Flathead Reservation is home to the Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes. The tribes are a combination of the Salish, the Pend d'Oreille and the Kootenai. The reservation is north of Interstate 90 between Missoula and Kalispell. The fertile valleys and towering mountain peaks of northwestern Montana surround the reservation which comprises over 1.2 million acres. We recommend gaining permission to film on the Flathead Reservation from their tribal council by scheduling a meeting with them.
